My husband’s big lesson from the pandemic: From stuck in Panic to becoming the Solutions man
This story is my husband’s, Jack. It’s the big lesson he learned during this pandemic period. The quarantine hit all of my husband’s big buttons of fear. Money, health and work.He was very fearful. Panic was taking him. So in the first week, we had a family meeting, me and him. I said I know your default is to disappear into a problem and stay stuck in the fear and panic. We needed, as we are quarantined together and we want to make it out together, another option. We were gonna have to train in seeing solutions.

For me it is a soft landing place almost always. Whether I start feeling good or bad. I always feel better after doing my gratitudes.
